Cotton On evolved from a simple fast-fashion brand to a dynamic, fashion-forward label that resonates with youth culture. The men's and women's teams had to quickly adapt to this rapidly changing landscape, a critical challenge being understanding and defining the global customer base. Identifying who that customer is on a worldwide scale proved to be a monumental task.
